      Pros

      iPass has an infectious energy and clearly stated goals for the company. As an employee you are in no doubt as to the direction of the company and what part you play in its growth targets. The people who work there work as a team, celebrate success and don't generally fear failure. It's a lot like a start up where entrepreneurs are embraced and creativity encouraged. iPass punches above its weight and partners with massive organisations. We are agile and responsive and will flex to meet their needs.

      It has legacy from previous times which we work to change, re-set and correct There aren't enough hours in the day to address the potential business we could address!
