      Pros

      -iT Gurus software has very good infrastructure . -it good company for fresher level but for experience level not that good

      Cons

      -Poor documentation after changing iT Gurus I come to know about importance of Documentations. -Senior management not at all cooperative they can fire you anytime if you utter a single word against them. -Pune senior management is extremely close minded they want work work work and that too on penny compensation.

      -Bus facility to specific route. -Long working hours sometimes, if deadline is near(It can be cons to one who does not like to work hard but for those who are eager to learn its advantage. ) -
