      Pros

      Working for a family and friendly oriented company helps the enjoyment of employment. Training on new products is always available. Some web based training and also hands on is sometimes available if required.

      Cons

      Trying to get experience with the new products and forward thinking software products released by the company. Opportunities for promotion are not always available because people do not want to leave the company
