-Nepotism -Refusal of increases unless you’re in sales, related or a favourite -Absent leadership team -Harsh managers who micromanage & criticize everyone but themselves -Ruthless finance team who has tension with everyone -People try to embarrass others for their mistakes instead of teaching them how to improve (ridicule over learning) -Lack of development & opportunity -Sexism & misogyny -Claim to have unlimited time off, but managers will restrict your time and try to have you stay to work -Minimal education stipend -Trying to make changes is like pulling teeth -Everything is urgent and you will get penalized for not meeting 15273 unrealistic deadlines all due at the same rime, despite drowning in work -Have to take on tasks from other roles -Lack of communication between teams that leads to issues and errors in work -Several teams are understaffed -Claim to be hybrid/flexible, but force everyone in the GTA to come to the office 3-4 times a week on days managers choose, even if people live over an hour away and were promised wfh opportunities, all while US employees are not required to be in office -Everyone there is miserable and hates their jobs

SCAM COMPANY!

Pros

Good Co-workers and nothing much!

Cons

SCAM ALERT!! Read All 1-Star Reviews Before Applying! In today’s job market, we all understand the urgency of securing employment. However, I strongly urge you to think twice before considering this company. Their hiring practices are deeply questionable, and their employee retention strategy is outright unethical. A Pattern of Hiring and Layoffs This company follows a well-documented cycle: they aggressively hire employees, overburden them with excessive workloads, and then systematically lay them off just before their first work anniversary. This isn't an occasional occurrence—it's a deliberate and annual practice. Every January, departments experience mass layoffs. The cuts follow a predictable pattern: 1–2 department heads, followed by 3–5 mid-level employees, across multiple teams. This strategy is designed to extract maximum output from employees before cutting them loose, without long-term commitments. Why Hasn’t This Been Investigated? It is baffling how such practices continue without legal consequences. The company treats employees as disposable assets, disregarding their contributions and well-being. One can only speculate about the deeper operational issues that drive this exploitative approach. Protect Your Career & Mental Well-being If you value job stability, professional growth, and a healthy work environment, steer clear at all costs. No job is worth the emotional toll of being discarded after months of hard work. I implore you to thoroughly research reviews and past employee experiences before making any commitments. Consider yourself warned. Choose wisely.
