      Good people to learn from.

      Cons

      What currently exists is primitive and not relevant to AI market. In general, most effort goes into building quick POCs for current and future investors, without having a true work plan or even a single product in mind. Feels like a scam who's only purpose is to get more investors for a product that does not exist. A lot of people around me want to quit, the general feeling is not good and the management is scrimp.

      Good offices, good salary, mostly good people. good work/life balance and no pressure (because there is no product)

      Cons

      Delusional and dishonest CEO, constantly lies to workers about the situation of the company. Withhold payments to workers. Every few days someone is fired / quit. No product and costumers. feels like a huge bubble and pyramid scheme. Very unstable company. Several lawsuits against the company. Company has no future unless it changes completely. No 10bis.

      * No work-life balance at all * The technology behind the product is extremely primitive and not relevant to the field of AI * No working from home is accepted by management * Toxic work culture - miscommunication between the teams, no true leadership - just people who shake their heads to what the higher management says, people stay late just to fill in hours and expect you to do the same
