If you are not friends with the trinity, you're screwed. No feedback, no one-on-one, no coaching,and the probation period is 6 months.

Nothing. Stay Away from this place unless you're directly related to the owner as they seem to love nepotism.
Cons
Super shady place to work, would not recommend to anyone. Disrespectful angry management, no work-life balance, blatant nepotism stemming within the company, treats employees as non-human. If you want to throw a wrench in your career, take a job here.
