      Pros

      A good solid brand with great market penetration.

      Cons

      Run by complete muppets. The CEO and his cronies recently went to jail for (allegedly) stealing COVID relief from the Swiss government. Guk Kim, a senior manager, is currently ruining this organisation. Employees are resigning in droves due to the way he treats staff. He is a bully and a coward with severe personality defects. Don’t even think of applying here if you’ll have anything to do with him (which you probably will!). Aside from him it’s a great place to work ;)

      - Work / life balance - Fun place to work - Access to senior managment - Central London offices - Team spirit - Flexibility - Freedom to put forward and test new ideas - COO is very hands on

      - Internal technology needs further investment (reporting systems) which can sometimes hinder your role - Lack of promotion opportunities

      Pros

      Good work life balance and the hours aren't bad. Recognisable brand image. Nice office, although half of this has now been axed since BRG made redundancies. Some fun aspects in terms of doing stunts with clients and attending events.

      Cons

      There was a positive and fun culture at the beginning, however after the BRG acquisition this all changed and went downhill very quickly. Tedious middle management. Constant change in strategic direction of company, project after project with no consistency. Morale very low and atmosphere within work environment isn't great. Very little opportunity to progress and pay is below average for the industry.
