Pros
Amazing environment where there is support, flexibility and fun. Lots of learning opportunities and every day is different. Career progression is very fast when compared to other companies I've been too. But the best thing is that everyone is treated like a human and people care about you. It's hard to find this nowadays!
Cons
Not necessarily a con but if you are not a fan of a fast paced environment and you are not quick on your feet, might get challenging.
