      It's a job and that is all

      You are doing 5 jobs in 1 without the pay. CEO is a bully who demands you take calls after your shift without getting paid for it even though you're an hourly employee. You are forced to take students through the whole Financial Aid process including their awards despite the fact that we are not financial aid advisors. If you offer a suggestion the CEO will take your head off. One day the schools we work with will get into trouble for letting us handle students financial documents considering we're not suppose to. If I could give this place 0 I would. Currently looking for new employment. The leads are such garbage that we go days with very little call volumes to work yet still have high goals. If you see a positive review for them please know it's fake. Anyone looking for a job you can grow at RUN!

      Hours Mon-Thursday 9-6, Fri 8-5. Free parking at Mariano's.

      Cons

      Just about every other student is either disabled, unemployed or on SSI. The benefits are extremely expensive if you have a family. The executive director recommends you call students after work hours from home. Students are given no accountability for certain documents. Management does not communicate well or motivate employees. There is no motivation to go to work on time. Within 2 months every new employee is already looking for another job. This is not a place for long term employment.

      Pros

      compensation is pretty good for the most part. pretty laid back; not too many people on your back. nice location in the heart of greek town.

      Cons

      just a very unfair company. It is very unorganized and inconsistent. I wanted to have part of the company until I realized that the company did not care about productivity like they claimed and all the hard work I put in was in vein.
