      Sub par developers under the impression they are the greatest that have ever lived.

      Pros

      Some employees actually care about what they do and have a good attitude. The company is willing to pay high salaries for what they believe are quality people.

      Cons

      Nepotistic management style and a severe perception vs reality problem. The culture is just the worst; everyone pretending they are a genius and blaming their horrible people skills on it. They hired egotistical sociopaths who think a polymorphic data structure can ONLY be stored in data warehouses, possibly the most laughable thing I've ever heard.
