Pros

- the company has a great onboarding process when joining - the company is growing so there are opportunities for professional growth. - your work does not go unnoticed - 'employees' are actually treated like humans! The company understands work-life balance and has the infrastructure to support people in more than just a professional space - your ideas are welcomed and trialed across the board - the company works with a number of exciting brands

Cons

Every company has challenges when growing. As things evolve, processes are refined, updated, trailed and tested to ensure the company runs as efficiently as possible. The company is going through that period, as it has seen positive growth in the last few years. This is not a con, it is more of an opportunity to understand the key role you can play in the success of the company and how that can also shape your future.

Pros

At Noticed, employees are granted the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects and produce exceptional work that pushes the boundaries of the industry. This dynamic work environment promotes constant learning, professional growth, and a sense of accomplishment. Beyond the professional benefits, Noticed is also lauded for its supportive, inclusive culture. The company encourages a collaborative atmosphere where every opinion is valued and every team member is respected. It provides an empowering environment that not only accepts diversity but also celebrates it, allowing individuals to feel seen, heard, and part of a greater purpose. The combination of challenging, meaningful work and an inclusive, supportive culture makes Noticed an ideal workplace.

Cons

There are few cons when it comes to working at Noticed, however, one potential challenge could be the isolation felt from remote working. While remote work provides flexibility and comfort, it can sometimes lead to feelings of loneliness and disconnection. Nevertheless, Noticed is proactive in countering these potential drawbacks. They host regular virtual social events to keep employees engaged and maintain a strong sense of camaraderie despite the physical distance. Additionally, they organize all-expenses-paid company retreats, providing opportunities for everyone to connect in person, build deeper relationships, and create shared memories. This holistic approach to employee well-being showcases Noticed's commitment to fostering a positive and unified remote work culture.

Pros

The people are what make it tolerable. I’ve made some close friends here and we all work hard.

Cons

The CEO means well but is still learning how to run a company and there are growing pains. He is known for involving himself in low priority minutia. It doesn’t come across as though there is much thought into the future of the company. He has a reputation for being very temperamental to employees and clients. Clients have reported having arguments with him and several employees have at least one experience of him sending long winded messages or videos of criticism. The office is now remote which was an unplanned change but has added issues with communication and culture. There are a lot of activities being forced by upper management and it’s noticeable. Multiple employees are being over worked and nothing seems to happen when this is escalated.

Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback about your experience at Noticed. As the CEO, knowing our strengths and weaknesses is crucial. The role is an important responsibility that requires consistent self-awareness, vulnerability, and an evolving mindset. I value honest feedback, and I take it with open arms as we're all learning regardless of the job title. We recently implemented new company values guided by all employees' feedback, and we defined a new future vision for the business. The Covid Pandemic affected many businesses, with many adapting to a new way of working. When the Covid lockdown happened, we didn’t furlough a single employee and provided financial support to employees' families that had been furloughed. We experienced the challenges of managing a remote company for the first time and the cultural changes that come with it. All the learnings and feedback we've experienced in the last two years have let us hire a seasoned leadership to support our team members' growth and development. This year, we have seen a significant improvement in the culture, employee retention, and overall happiness while operating as a remote business. We're now focusing on rolling out a management training program to help our managers grow to be the best leaders possible. The eCommerce industry experienced a major surge in demand in 2020/21. Unfortunately, this led to operational challenges that affected our ability to manage workload capacity. Since then, we have implemented a capacity management system to improve the decision-making for new hires to prevent team burnout, which has improved employee morale and happiness. Thank you for helping us improve. We wish you all the best for the future. Thank you again!
