      I’ve just hit the two-month mark here at payabl. and I couldn’t have asked for a better start. Transitioning into a new role can be daunting, but the support here has been next-level. From day one, everyone has been incredibly generous with their time, making sure I have the tools and knowledge to really hit the ground running. It’s rare to find a team so genuinely invested in each other's growth. Excited for what’s next! Also personal kudos to Nikolas Menelaou, he started the interview process with me at payabl. keeping me in the loop with every step and what to expect from each stage.

      Cons

      It’s a fast-paced environment (as you’d expect in FinTech!), so you need to be ready to learn quickly, but you’re never left to figure it out alone.

      Friendly and supportive team environment. Good work-life balance most of the time. Management is generally open to feedback. Interesting projects and learning opportunities.

      Cons

      The lack of private health insurance is a drawback, particularly in the UK where public healthcare can be difficult to access. Since most companies in the market offer this benefit, I hope it will be introduced in the near future.
