Company uses outdated software which is clunky and doubles the workload for everyone involved. If you love entering the same data in several different places, you will love this! Really, it's soul crushing.
Their head office is spread over an entire business park, which is not fully connected by sidewalks, meaning you need to walk on the roadway which has constant traffic to get between buildings. God help you if its the winter and its cold, raining and you need to get to a meeting room in another building. This also means that there is a big disconnect between departments in the business. Parking is a huge problem, cars are triple stacked on some of the buildings.
95% of the head office are white, there is very little diversity at the higher levels of this company.
