      So much potential, poor execution

      Pros

      The products have advanced a lot and solve a real need.

      Cons

      There isn't a culture of execution or accountability. Deep cuts in sales, marketing, product (they got rid of the entire product team?!) Lack of transparency. Poor internal communication (took weeks to update the company on a big restructure)

      Brainless and misinformed approach to business even if the product itself is great. Too much money wasted on doomed tactics.
