      Rotten, toxic, avoid at all costs

      Rotten is the best word I can think of to describe this company. The recent appointment of a new CRO has only exacerbated issues in the whole customer organization. Micromanagement by this guy has become the norm, with every move and decision scrutinized to an unhealthy extent. This stifles autonomy and trust, leaving employees feeling suffocated and demoralized. One of the most concerning aspects of this toxic environment is the detrimental impact on employee mental health. The constant pressure, lack of support, and micromanagement have resulted in a significant decline in the well-being of many colleagues. Stress and burnout are rampant, and it's heartbreaking to witness the toll this takes on individuals who were once passionate and dedicated to their work. It's disappointing to see a company once known for its potential take such a turn for the worse. Do yourself and your mental health a favor and stay as far as possible.

      When this review appeared, it took us by surprise. To not let it fall through the cracks, we've addressed it first internally. Let us chime in for those looking to understand the full picture. At the time of the review, our new CRO just started with us for only 3 weeks. Interestingly, it takes 4 weeks for a caterpillar to transform into a butterfly – a tidbit to ponder. Just like any new starter, our CRO simply required some time to familiarize himself with our people, products, and work methodologies. Of course, we also agree that well-thought through decisions require having all the facts. On the note of interesting facts, our recent Happiness Survey from November 2023 reveals no indications of micromanagement or toxicity within our ranks. As we emphasize, our doors are wide open, welcoming any questions or discussions without reservation. Eager to delve deeper?       A toxic and bullying culture, Boss-Pleasing, ghosting, blaming everyone else but the C-Level and no option to fail

      Besides remote working I cant think of anything else. There are some colleagues who are human and can relate to what is going on but constant chopping and changing and using language like get xxxx done and curse words in every sentence is just terrible. And HR too hides behind a well worded Corporate culture and then ends up blaming the individual. So I guess some of the old timers are nicer people

      When I joined - Uberall had a much higher rating here on Glass door which I felt proud off, today they are so low down because of so many of my friends leaving or being fired for no fault of theirs and end up leaving bad reviews which are so true. On top of that some people who are able to intimidate the CEO get away with murder and everyone else is left holding onto the corporate culture and values posters which was set long ago for a very different Uberall. Not the Uberall that exists today which is essentially chaotic and so toxic Also if you are male, good luck finding a job in HR, Marketing, design, sales etc since reverse discrimination is so rampant. All the talk of equality and non discrimination is thrown out the window when it comes to hiring and sometime they even blatantly encourage and ask you to specifically hire women in roles. I once sat for an interview where the only people we interviewed from 400 CV's were women and the one male that was there was immediately downvoted and rejected.
