Pros
- flexible hours - great location for lunches - work on different things but nothing really "bleeding edge" - co-workers are friendly
Cons
- they don't have enough money for social events - not a lot of fun - low morale - career growth is limited - salaries won't usually increase because the company doesn't have enough annual revenue

Pros
Location was great, lunch places had great variety. Fellow co workers were great, upper management not so much.
Cons
Too much red tape, small company of 30 acting like a 1000+ company. Way too many mangers, on average each manger had 2 reports. Sales team always cycling in and getting fired.
