Pros
Great team and manager. The company, originally coming from South Africa, provided in-depth, detailed training regarding coffee making, arranging the best experts to come and talk to us. The Soho place closed down, although it was popular and eventually the Westfield place too after a year or so. Great coffee which customers loved but more so, the performance the team put up while making coffees - something brought in from the original team of baristas in South Africa.
Cons
Not a well though business plan which eventually allowed the company to deteriorate a fter few years of expanding in London.
