For my division .... not much pros compared to my previous company.

Too many for me to list but I'll list the key points. Ignore the 5 star reviews you see in glassdoor, its merely a HR marketing campaign. The company dont live up to its 4 core principles. Again, its merely marketing by HR. The higher levels expecially your superior, be careful when dealing with them, they will do whatever it takes to defend themself, they dont have humanity towards the executives. This is coming from my pure honesty. This is the worst politics i have ever experience with my superior (manager). Dont expect them to do their jobs because they will just throw them all to you. For example weekly reports will be thrown to you to do it and if you have any small spelling errors, you're bound for an hour scolding.

The building had a gym and a game console room.

Cons

Everything else was not good. The salary, the management, the working hours, the parking, the food in the cafe, were all not so good.
