Pros

It used to be really nice, until they ruined it

Cons

Lying to employees, lying to investors, greedy and really unprofessional. Imagine running a company where just within a few months you have burned bridges with every single employee. There was a merger between some departments and they had to let some people go. Were they clear about this? No. What was the message? They said how no one will get fired and how company isn't affected by covid. Were people fired? Yes. They handled it very dishonestly and sneaky. I guess fox in the name fits the business itself. CEO of the company is a laughing stock who is hiding his insecurity behind “mindfulness”. COO and many other c-level come from an industry that has nothing to do with start-ups. CPO is a consultant who sold herself as a product expert. She is equally clueless like the rest of them who hired her. Don’t be fooled by their message about advanced technology, there’s nothing advanced about it. There's barely any technology. The reason why company is so big is because they have a lot of bloated supporting departments who are doing manual work where technology failed them. This year business decisions just confirm how this will keep on happening because wrong people with a wrong mindset are in charge. Running a corporation pretending is a startup. If you care about your career growth, you better look for something else. There’s nothing to do here and it’s just a matter of time when it will all be shut down. Current employees are completely unmotivated and their only hope is in finding another job soon.
