    360icon: Each month 360iers can nominate a team member who demonstrates 360i's values of Courage, Curiosity, and a Can-Do attitude in ways big and small. 360icon winners are celebrated by the entire agency and on social media. Wellness Wednesdays: Since 360i began working from home, we created a weekly Wellness Wednesday, where 360iers can sign-up to share their skills and passions with the whole agency over Zoom. From yoga to cooking, coffee-brewing to houseplant cultivating, we encourage employees to take time away from work to refocus on their wellness. Games & Clubs: We understand the importance of community in agency life, even if it has to happen virtually. The 360i Book Club reads and discusses a new book monthly. The Birthday Wheel allows 360iers with an upcoming birthday to “spin the wheel” for birthday prizes. Since we miss seeing our coworkers in the office, we created Happy Hour Roulette where 360iers are matched with 5 other coworkers to chat with virtually over coffee or drinks. And teams compete in trivia and online games with ZogSports.

  • “It’s music that’s blue, but something to dance to.” Check out the latest addition to our #SideHustle series, featuring Michael LaVallee, Associate Strategist, who produces, writes, and sings his own music project Kyzr Blue. The 360i #SideHustle series is where we showcase the awesome side projects, hobbies, start-up businesses, and other ventures created by our entrepreneurial employees.

  • Earlier this year we were working with 7-Eleven to gear up for the busy summer season. When the pandemic hit, everything changed, and our integrated team pivoted to produce a brand new multi-touchpoint campaign, handling everything from media planning and buying to creative and production for TV, OOH, radio, and digital & social media. Today we’re proud to share 7-Eleven’s summer campaign: 7 free drinks, all summer, with the 7Rewards app.

  • Dive into summer with Truly Originals, an ongoing series of artistic collaborations celebrating the unique flavors of Truly Hard Seltzer. Check out the new custom packaging for Truly’s four new flavors, created by visual artists Nikoo Bafti, Armando Veve, Merijn Hos, and Max Löffler.

  • Announcing a ‘fresh’ new partnership! We’re proud to be leading an integrated Dentsu Aegis Network team that will serve as the first Media Agency of Record for Kroger, the nation’s second-largest retailer.
