Previously People Director of Quick Release – part of the ALTEN group – Emma has predominantly studied HR and spent her career focused on creating and implementing a strategy servicing Quick Release’s employee experience. With over 15 years of experience, Emma has been brought onboard to identify the challenges ALTEN UK’s culture is facing now and to bring our employee experience to the next level. ALTEN understands employee expectations have changed post COVID and that it is essential for the fast-growing organisation to adapt to them to attract and retain the best talents.
