Recently, we invited our newest colleagues around the globe to a video conferencing session to bring people together. This was a great opportunity for the next generation of Chapman Freeborn employees to meet one another and integrate with the organisation on a social level. It’s lovely to see so many new faces in the Chapman Freeborn family. All new joiners are welcome, regardless of seniority or station – we had attendees from our sales and operations departments as well as our support teams across the group. Following the positive feedback from these sessions, we will continue to run group calls with our new team members. As an organisation, we encourage frequent and ongoing communication, both operational and social. The more our teams connect (albeit digitally) the better we all work and feel. With Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK coming up, now is a great time to reflect on the initiatives that organisations employ to improve the working atmosphere and ensure mental wellbeing is considered and prioritised.
