Mental Health Awareness at Curve
This International Women’s Day, we’re taking a long, hard look at ourselves, and at our industry. With women making up just 33% of Curve’s team, we need to do better. Our COO, Nathalie Oestmann, an engineer by training, razors in on why gender disparity still exists, especially in fintech. We also reveal our action plan to fix this.
Here at Curve we believe that providing employees with the right personal tools is equally as important as the right technology. Having revamped out entire employee benefits package, we've been named as a top 25 SME in this field.
