Since 2018, we have been reducing the amount of plastic significantly. For instance, in our sites in Romania, plastic packaging for plasterboards is an optional service for customers with specific needs. Since such requests are marginal, we could reduce plastic packaging to nearly zero. For more than 22 years, I have been growing professionally and personally within the Etex group. After university, I started as an intern at Ceramicas Cordillera, at that time a group company. I worked as a planner in the maintenance department and was in charge of the spare parts warehouse. In 2009, I moved to Ind. Pizarreño where I was in charge of the spare parts and raw materials warehouses. It was a great challenge as there were very few women in the industry. With tenacity, perseverance and the support of my Teammates, I gained the recognition of my peers. The opportunity then arose to support logistics by training supply management teams, and I took over responsibility for logistics operations at Etex Maipu and Santa Rosa. I also gained a diploma at the University of Chile, where the company had sent me, allowing me to specialise. Today, I am in charge of the logistics operations for the spare parts, raw ma
