Recently, prioritizing workforce health, Flex India (CIP) in collaboration with SIMS and Chettinad Hospital held a Women’s Health Screening Camp. Close to 150 Women in Flex underwent gynecology consultations; BMI assessments; and vitals, blood sugar, and hemoglobin levels monitoring conducted by medical professionals. Additionally, in raising awareness of the importance of early detection of diseases, employees were trained to identify the signs and symptoms of breast cancer in a guided session. As part of #WomensHistoryMonth, Flex India (CIP) empowered their local community by sponsoring 10 units of used desktops to ANEW - Association for Non-traditional Employment for Women NGO, Anna Nagar. Established 1997, ANEW NGO has been changing the lives of many economically and socially underprivileged women by providing training and placement in skillset programs covering advanced IT, nursing, driving, and more. Through this initiative, Flex aims to strengthen the learning of these women and expand their growth and employment opportunities.
