Last Thursday, our CEO, Revathi Advaithi made her first visit to Malaysia. To make her trip unforgettable, our Penang team prepared a special dance performance, showcasing the multicultural beauty of Malaysia. As part of our Community Center Adoption Program, Flex Johor (PTP) sponsored RM3,350.90 worth of stationeries and office supplies to Pusat Pemulihan Dalam Komuniti (PDK) Nusajaya, a local welfare center that supports the learning of students with disabilities. Flex Penang signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO) at our facility in Prai, enhancing collaboration in the hiring of People with Disabilities (PwD). Gracing the event were YB Datuk Seri M Saravanan, Minister of Human Resources (Malaysia) and Dato’ Sri Dr. Mohammed Azman Bin Dato’ Aziz Mohammed, Chief Executive Officer of PERKESO. Through this signing ceremony and the launching of MYFutureJobs Satellite Center at Flex, we are expanding hiring opportunities for individuals of differing abilities and cementing a #culture that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive in our workplace and communities. To empower our community, Flex has also sponsored hearing aids for 14 members from the Penang Deaf Association.
