Last week, the 2022 Manufacturing Leadership Council Awards Gala took place. Flex was awarded with 2 additional designations for our continued leadership in Manufacturing! We received the High Achiever Award in the Enterprise Integration and Technology category for digital factory technologies at our Suhong, China facility. We also received the Editor’s Choice Award for LISA, our avatar-based line stop assistant. This award is named to a project that demonstrates unusual innovation and the potential to impact the manufacturing industry. An internship opens the door to real-life work experience with all that entails, including volunteering. Our interns from Milpitas and San Jose sorted over 15.000 pounds of vegetables & fruit at the @2ndharvest food bank.

Through our Cycling & Mangrove Planting Program 2022 launched in conjunction with World Environment Day on 25 June 2022, Flex Penang collaborated with Penang State Forestry Department and sponsored 1000 Mangrove trees each to be planted by Flex participants, contributing to coastline protection.
