Garrison had the great pleasure of being invited to speak at St John Bosco College in Battersea this week! Alison and Sarah, both key members of our talented Firmware team, got to talk through their career histories and Garrison’s unique technology and culture in both the upper and lower school assemblies, discussing the things that drew them to engineering and offer advice for the students’ future careers. We are thrilled to get the opportunity to evangelise our fascinating industry to students and hope to encourage more females into STEM subjects at the grass roots level – thank you for having us St John Bosco College!
Garrison attend the STEM Women London Graduate Careers Event in London. Garrison attended this years STEM Women London Graduate Careers Event, held at the Congress Centre in London. It was a wonderful and busy event with around 1,200 STEM students looking to find out how best launch their careers. Garrison are committed to supporting Women in Tech!
It was great to host the latest “Security in Women” event by Women Who Code last week. Huge thanks to everyone involved who made this night such a great success. Sweet treats were from Luminary Bakery who are an award winning social enterprise. Garrison exhibits at RSA annually and it Is the largest cyber event in our calendar. Held in San Francisco each year it is a great opportunity for us to re-engage with existing customers and meet with potential prospects. With 30,000 plus visitors attending across the week it can be hard to stand out, to help, we take our very own RAVI the robot! Some would say it is the most photographed robot of the week!

Garrison hosts 'Smart in the City' This week Garrison hosted the latest “Smart in the City” event on FPGA technology. Our CTO, David Bailey hosted the event and was followed by fantastic presentations from Alwyn Elliott, Ed Frosztega and Cristiano Santoni, from Garrison. Each provided insight on how we use FPGAs to develop “hardsec” based security controls. Great presentations were also made by Director of Adiuvo Engineering & Training Ltd, Adam Taylor CEng FIET, and George Dickey, Technology Segment Leader at Arrow Electronics. Finally thanks ‘Smart in the City’ and Oakmont Consulting MD Paul Stevens and Hannah Stevens for organising such a great evening!
Garrison turns 8! Garrison celebrated its 8th birthday. It was a great evening celebrating our achievements over the years with customers, suppliers, advisors, supporters, and friends. We're incredibly proud of our accomplishments and we had an absolute blast!
