With an impressive background that spans various industries and a commitment to personal and professional growth, John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. John started his journey in learning and development through vocational assessing and then turned his passion for martial arts into a full-time business. As the founder of a successful Martial Arts centre, John taught Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts, coaching and cornering students in competitions worldwide. He has also judged and refereed major UK events and organised international MMA seminars and competitions. After an illustrious career in martial arts, John transitioned back to his passion for personal development. He has since made significant contributions as a Learning and Development Manager in both corporate and higher education settings. John has developed extensive training programs in Leadership and Management, Sales, Customer Service, HR, Communication, and Personal Well-being.
