We’re proud to have donated £1,000 to Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare, helping to support the incredible care they provide to people and families across North Lincolnshire. 💛 Lindsey Lodge plays a vital role in the local community, offering specialist palliative and wellbeing services to those living with life‑limiting illnesses, and we’re pleased to be able to contribute, in a small way, to their ongoing work. 🧱 Golden brick milestone reached in Kirkby-in-Ashfield 🏡 We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd to deliver much-needed affordable properties at our Hollinwell Heath development. Taking the first step onto the property ladder as a solo buyer is a significant moment and for Anish, it marked the start of a completely new chapter. After looking at different house types, he purchased one of the first homes at Lawrence Grange, a 2‑bedroom Cork, which immediately felt like the right fit, with the right amount of space, smart layout, and a specification that worked for his lifestyle. Financially, it was a decisive factor too. With a £185,000 purchase price and £483 monthly mortgage repayments, the numbers aligned with what he knew he could confidently manage, offering long‑term stability without feeling stretched. What really defined the journey, though, was how supported he felt as a solo, first-time buyer. From his initial enquiry to picking up the keys, each step built his confidence.
