We've been celebrating tax year end this week, with pizzas during the late shift and breakfast rolls this morning - we've been keeping our energy levels up!

Well done to the newly formed HL basketball team. They won the first Bristol Flyers corporate basketball tournament last week, in aid of Bristol Sport Foundation's community basketball projects.

We are proud to be sponsoring Bristol Pride as partners this year for the first time. Pride gives LGBT+ communities the opportunity to both celebrate the advances that have been made in equality and make a stand against discrimination and hate crime.
We’re fundraising for the registered charity Bristol Pride this week and marching along with other Bristol LGBT+ Networks and groups this weekend. We hope to see many of you joining in the celebrations, of which more information can be found here:
Another year, another HL Touch Rugby Tournament. With almost 10% of the entire workforce in attendance, it made for a gripping evening. The 'Marketing Bears' lost their defending title to ‘College Red in the Face’.
We were also delighted to welcome the Bristol Bears Touch Rugby team to this year's event - great to have their support and even better that one team beat them!
All in all, a great success and a fantastic turn out from staff.
The final few sessions to our Healthy Mind Week are all about mindfulness. We're giving staff the chance to take some time out to experience an introduction to mindfulness. Guaranteed to leave them feeling more relaxed after the session!
Next up in our Healthy Mind week was an engaging session to understand your personal resilience. Staff left this session with tips and techniques to nip stress in the bud and harness the power of positive thinking.
We understand the importance of mental health, hence why we've dedicated a whole week to it at work. Part of that includes an informal session for staff to attend, in order to understand mental health in more detail, how to spot the signs and how to support each other effectively.
