Insight was delighted to have hosted our second 'Women in Tech Leadership' event in London yesterday, hosted by members of our EMEA and UK senior leadership team, and in partnership with Microsoft. A big thank you to Marie Abery, from Microsoft, for her inspiring insights, and Jacqueline de Rojas, our keynote speaker, for sharing her 'Five Life Lessons'. We had engaging discussions with clients from diverse industries, all committed to driving change now and in the future.

At Insight, we prioritize the health and well-being of our teammates, embodying our core value of 'Heart' - to foster a supportive environment. As part of this commitment, we recently hosted a webinar on women's health, led by Dr. Sarika Gupta from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, focusing on menopause and breast cancer, with special attention to breast cancer, in light of October month's awareness. It was encouraging to see active participation from our teammates, reinforcing the need for proactive health measures.

What a wonderful day at the TC4RE Race to Tech Summit last week. The day was filled with insightful panel discussions and keynote speakers who shared their expertise and experiences around Diversity and Inclusion. Our teammates travelled from around the UK and Europe to attend the event and were left feeling uplifted and inspired.
Throwback to the Emergency Services Tech Show where our team gathered in the Microsoft Pavilion to showcase our great partnership. Our experts delivered on collaboration and teamwork as they were delivering our messaging to the attendees, representing Insight over the two days of the event.
At Insight, we support and develop our teammates. Our goal is to promote from within as much as possible, and in 2023, more than 1,000 teammates received promotions. One key to growing our teammates is a robust set of training programs. We offer a total of 113 training workshops for teammates to further their knowledge and develop their personal career. In 2023, 2,398 teammates participated in our training sessions.
