A huge congratulations to all the County winners as well as the overall National Pub & Bar Awards 2024 winner: The George Inn, Norton St. Philip. A huge congratulations also goes to our very own Tyrrellbly Good Taste Award winner: The Fitzherbert’s Arms, Staffordshire who were thrilled with their giant personalised pack of Tyrrells (as well as the lovely trophy of course!). It was a privilege to be involved and support the on-trade whilst offering the guests some Tyrrellbly, Tyrrellbly Tasty snacks, and the opportunity to become their very own Tyrrells character for the night!

A great effort last week by our colleagues who took part in the very first Booker Group Dragon Boat Race! They joined over 400 others from manufacturers and retailers in the grocery industry to collectively raise over £275,000 for GroceryAid. Well done Tarik Abdel-Hady, Sarah Beck, Chris Darvill, Tom Elliot-Frey, Sarah Poole and Sam Trabelsi!
It was an honour to be shortlisted at the Sport Industry Group Awards 2024 with the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) for The Hundred x KP Snacks in the Purpose Driven Sponsorship Award. We are very proud of the fantastic achievements we've made so far in helping bring cricket to more diverse audiences and investing in community cricket pitches to help encourage more people to get active. Although we didn’t win the top spot on the night, being shortlisted was a high accolade indeed, we had a fantastic evening with the ECB and CSM Sport & Entertainment, were moved by the many inspiring stories from across the world of sport, and were lucky enough to meet some of the presenters Ellie Simmonds and Tommy Fury (thank you for having your photos taken with us!). Well done team and congratulations to all involved!

Two of our amazing brands have made it onto the The Grocer's Top 100 list of the UK’s biggest grocery brands by value – and a third is not too far away! Hula Hoops has moved up the ranking to make it to the Top 50! In 2023, we added Cheese & Onion to Hula Hoops Puft, our non-HFSS (not high in fat, sugar or salt) range as a healthier snacking option and the Hula Licious, Hula Lightful’ campaign has kick started our brand activity in 2024. McCoy’s position also improved, up 10 places to #52. New non-HFSS Epic Eats flavours hit the shelves in 2023, with Nacho Cheese and Spicy Salsa, followed by Chip Shop Curry Sauce and Bangin’ BBQ, keeping consumers excited with innovative products, packing a flavour punch and McCoy’s signature crunch. Also rising up the rankings is KP Nuts, just shy of the Top 100 at #112.
