PRIDE from Home. It's like work from home, but infinitely more celebratory. Even though we're sad we can't be together like we usually are, we're still celebrating our authentic, amazing selves.
You know what they say… hindsight is 20/20. This was the year we hit pause, readjusted, recalibrated, and embarked on a giant reset. It was truly a year like no other. With 2020 almost in the rearview mirror, there’s no better time to redirect your attention towards what’s to come.
We alwayyyysss love hosting weddings, but when a small, safe wedding that took place during a pandemic gets featured in the New York Times, we really get the warm fuzzies. Take a look at the link in our bio to read Monica & Will's love story and learn how their unique careers, experiences and upbringings shaped them into the awesome, accomplished people they are today. Monica and Will have rolled with some serious punches in 2020 - their wedding year – including a global pandemic and the Black Lives Matter movement, both which weighed heavily on them. Despite many obstacles, this power duo overcame and hosted a wedding at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Chicago that was simultaneously very safe and incredibly special; One that reflected who they are as both individuals and a couple. We hope you like reading their story in the @nytimes as much as we did. Photographer: @j2kenneth @kjohnsonpictures

Proud to share that Kimpton has made FORTUNE’S list of Best Companies to Work For - for Women. Here’s the story of one of those amazing women, Carolina Pino, our Director of Sales + Marketing at Hotel Palomar Philadelphia: “I'm originally from Venezuela and have been living in the US for 20 years. I began my hospitality career while in college in Caracas, my hometown. My first job was switchboard operator for the Hotel Tamanaco Inter-Continental. I have worked for Kimpton for 10 years now, first in Seattle and now in Philadelphia, and I’m grateful for the growth opportunities I’ve had during this ride. I have a passion for the boutique hotel world and what it represents to me: beautiful/inspiring settings, curated experiences, personalized service, forward thinking, creativity. I have the honor of spearheading the sales efforts at the Palomar Philadelphia along with an incredible leadership team, many of them women, including my chief partner in crime, our incredible General Manager and (cheer)leader, Carol Watson. Carol is one of the smartest, most hardworking and naturally intuiti
