We’re proud to share that two of our colleagues, Chelsea Whelan and Joel Cooper, have been recognised at the 2025 UK Social Mobility Awards for their outstanding commitment to inclusion. Chelsea, nominated for Champion of the Year 2025, has been a driving force for access and equity across the firm. Through leading impactful initiatives, advocating for structural change and mentoring others, Chelsea continues to help shape a more inclusive culture for colleagues from all backgrounds. Joel, a finalist for Rising Star of the Year 2025, has dedicated over 50 volunteer hours as Deputy Chair of our Social Mobility ERG (RISE). From designing onboarding processes and leading personal finance workshops to speaking at outreach events, Joel’s work supports young people and early‑career professionals to see real estate as a place where they can truly thrive. We’re also proud to see our podcast, Hear My Story, Know My Journey — hosted by Tahmina Aziz — nominated for Innovation of the Year. The series amplifies underrepresented voices, creating open and honest conversations around social mobility, class, identity and access. We’re incredibly proud of Chelsea, Joel and everyone helping to drive meaningful change and build a more inclusive industry.
