This week, a team from Blenheim Chalcot India visited us in Edinburgh, with the aim of learning more about our operations in the UK and getting to know the Modulr team a little better. It was a fantastic visit, with teams collaborating together, sharing insights and shaping our partnership strategy for 2024 and beyond. We also introduced the BC India team to a taste of Edinburgh’s amazing culture, with a trip to Edinburgh Castle and some traditional Scottish delicacies. Here’s our CEO and Founder, Myles Stephenson, presenting BC India’s CEO, Girish Manik, with a quaish – a traditional Scottish two-handled silver cup to symbolise trust.

We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone across Modulr to our first All Hands company events of 2024! 📣 Taking place at Scale Space in London and the Everyman cinema in Edinburgh, these quarterly events give us a chance to communicate openly, collaborate and create a stronger Modulr community. We’ll look back at our highlights from 2023, but most importantly, focus on our exciting growth plans for 2024 - furthering our vision of a world where all companies are powered by #EmbeddedPayments. 🚀
Last week we hosted the AI-ccelerate Hackathon, in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) ⚡Over two days, 30 Modulr employees immersed themselves into all things AI, with exciting results! It was great to bring everyone together! The winning team developed a novel AI forecasting prototype app, enhancing the transaction velocity controls at Modulr. Other interesting projects included a Gen AI prototype to interrogate management information securely, and a document upload feature and analysis prototype for our internal Modbot 🤖 But the best part? We now have a list of potential future AI initiatives. Stay posted for exciting updates in the near future!
The Gen AI Summit in action. We began with sessions from Modulr's Scott McGregor and Sean Robertson, reporting on how Modulr have begun incorporating Gen AI across various departments and workflows, from internal project management to customer onboarding.
