At Morgan we believe in life-long learning and development, and it is why we have programmes like Elevate, enabling our people to learn and grow. Fiona Fernee, Service Delivery Manager, commented “The Elevate training has allowed me to gain better understanding of, and strengthen, my emotional intelligence. This insight is enabling me to improve my communication; particularly when completing performance reviews in my team. I feel more confident to engage in difficult conversations”. Thank you Fiona for sharing your elevate experience with us!
Our ceramic materials provide superior wear, strength, and electrical characteristics for structural applications like x-ray tubes and robotic surgical tools. We know that our components are an excellent choice for haematology applications, but you might not. Which is why we've made a video to explain things a little more 👇.

Our people are focused on creating innovative solutions which not only benefit our customers, but our planet too. Our Erlangen, Germany, R&D team developed new ceramic coatings technology; which not only enables our customer's parts to last longer but enables the production of smaller and lighter components too. Our coated parts are used in applications such as CT Scanners. The light-weight part makes the scanner faster, improves image quality and uses less energy to do so. A real benefit for our customer and the environment.
Our Thermal Korea team recently held their first site-wide workshop since the start of the COVID pandemic; bringing together 70 team members from the shopfloor to the office. Over the course of the day the team focused on safety training, sharing a lunch together and plenty of sports day games. All participants joined together at the end of the day to pledge their commitment to operating collaboratively in a positive manner at their site. Great to see the team enjoying themselves and working together!
Our thinkSAFE behavioural safety programme is key in our journey to reach our goal of 'zero harm'. The programme consists of five key areas, which guide the decisions and actions of our people: ⚠️ We care for our colleagues, contractors and customers and we consider the impact of our decisions on them ⚠️ We must be trained for the work that we do, and we always follow the safety rules ⚠️ We 'TAKE 5' for safety before starting a task and STOP when there is danger ⚠️ We Don’t Walk By hazards or unsafe behaviours, and we report the safety problems we identify ⚠️ We challenge positively when someone is in danger and we respect the person who challenges us Learn how our people are building a caring safety culture.
