We love to see our people celebrating the big milestones. At our Erlangen, Germany, site the team recently marked an impressive 50 years of operations with a big Family Summer Party. The team invited the families of their employees to come and see where their loved ones spend their working days; even offering tours throughout the facilities. With such a special celebration, the invite list was extended to company pensioners as well; with a number of emotional reunions between former and current Morgan family members. A great day was had by all with food shared, craft activities for the children and a live band for singalongs and dancing too!

At Morgan we are focused on our people. At our Pachuca site in Mexico the team recently held theur Annual Scholarship Recognition event to recognise the efforts of their people. The site has an agreement in place to deliver scholarship places to children of employees who surpass a specific grade. The team held a face to face event for this to help recognise the efforts of the children involved.
