We pride ourselves on having some of the most passionate and inspiring people working at Morgan. People like our MMS Division HR Director & Group Head of Reward, Paige. Paige is a member of United Way of the CSRA’s board team, who aspire to have the highest performing board in the non-profit sector, and who work collaboratively to provide strong leadership and governance to the organisation. This fantastic charity has a huge impact on the lives of families in Georgia, and have recently completed some fantastic projects: • Partnering with the CSRA COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund to distribute over $1.9M in funds to over 112,000 impacted families • Funding programs with over 20 partner agencies to Lead Families Forward through 4 key missions: childhood success, youth success, workforce development, and access to resources. • The CSRA ‘Stuff the Bus’ campaign, which delivered over 29,000 school supplies totaling over $68,000 for children in the local area We’re so proud that a member of our Morgan family is dedicated to a cause which is making these wonderful things happen! #Big

When it comes to mental health, evidence tells us that talking helps. Often this is the first step in seeking help and support. Do you have time this month to catch up with a family member, colleague or friend? Try arranging a call or meet up where you ask this person how they are, and really listen to their answer.
Our Global IT team are getting active, whilst raising money for charity too; a win-win with their second annual 'IT on the Move' challenge. 'IT on the Move' involves members of the global team being split in to smaller groups in which they track their steps across a month. This brilliant challenge brings the team together, forging new relationships across an often remote global team and allows them to prioritise health, whilst promoting time away from screens too. In the 2022 challenge, the global team walked a combined 11.4 million steps, with the winning team walking a total of 2.8 million steps across the month of July; the equivalent distance between Alaska to Guatemala. Their fantastic efforts have been rewarded with a donation to the SMILE Foundation, an Indian social development organisation whose work has directly impacted the lives of over one million children and families to date. Excellent work prioritising team building, wellbeing and community support!
