People are everything, so we are immensely proud that some members of our Morgan family have chosen to spend large parts of their career with us. Our Production Technician Claire is one such person. Claire is part of our US Technical Ceramics team and has been with Morgan for an incredible 51 years. Starting her well-earned retirement this year, Claire commented on her Morgan experience: “I’ve enjoyed the challenge of my work at Morgan and being part of a great team has kept me here. I’m going to miss working with my colleagues, but I’m looking forward to spending my retirement relaxing, travelling, and visiting family & friends”. Thank you, Claire, for your hard work and loyalty. We are going to miss you too!

In June to coincide with Pride, we’re launching our newest Employee Resource Group (ERG), PRISM. PRISM stands for Pride, Respect, Inclusion, and Support at Morgan. We want all our Morgan family to bring their whole and authentic self to work and PRISM@Morgan is one of the ways we are supporting our LQBTQ+ colleagues.

Earlier this month our Atlacomulco, Mexico, team held their annual children's drawing competition. Focused on sustainability the team chose 'How to protect Mother Earth?' as the theme for 2022, helping to increase awareness of caring for our planet for even the youngest children. What a creative bunch as many beautiful drawings were submitted to the competition; making it hard to choose the winners!
