Yesterday, we hosted our first-ever Inset Day for our support office team. The day was jam-packed full of great sessions, including Simone Carter's talk focused on 'rethinking', Gemma Pawson's Clifton Strengths workshop, and team-building exercises led by Louisa Devonport. We were also joined by our nursery managers for our 'Keeping It Simple' session. Together with our support department leads, we reflected on ways we can better support our nurseries in delivering exceptional quality education and service to our families at N.

Here is New Openings Manager, Paige, who joined us back in 2017, sharing her experience as part of the N Family, and her round-the-world trip! ⭐ I joined N fresh out of uni, joining the team as a marketing intern. I really liked the idea of joining a brand new business about to set out on their journey! N's vision really resonated with me. ⭐ My favourite thing about working for N Family Club is the people. I've made lifelong friends during my time here, and it really does feel like a family. ⭐ My career has really progressed since I joined N. I've had the opportunity to work in several different roles and departments over the years, starting out as an intern and now overseeing our new openings in a management role. ⭐ I've been dreaming of the round-the-trip I'd take ever since I first started at N! I travelled around Thailand before going to Malaysia and ending my trip in Singapore. It was incredible to fully immerse myself and experience 3 different cultures.
As part of our commitment to rethinking early years, and our aspiration to become the highest quality and most loved nursery group in the UK, Education & Academy director Dr Gemma Pawson, Regional Director Kathryn Smith, Education Advisor Sarah Humphrys, Nursery Manager Tania Silva and N Rep Steph Beeks have set off on a trip to the Netherlands. Hosted by CompaNanny Nederland B.V. the team will be visiting nurseries and making connections with other educators, giving us the opportunity to expand our knowledge of pedagogical practices.
