Earlier this year, we asked our teams across the UK what would enhance their experience of working here at N Family Club. Our teams wanted to see more development opportunities across N, and to be able to progress quicker into their next role. They wanted job titles to reflect their experience and to have total transparency about what their next move would mean for them – whether their journey be upwards, sideways or simply perfecting the role that they’re in. At N Family Club, we’re here for dreams of all sizes. That’s why we’re delighted to announce the launch of our brand new 14-tier salary bandings for 2023, giving our team countless ways to progress and pursue the career of their dreams.
Today we’re so excited to announce the launch of our brand-new employer brand. Why are we doing an Employer brand? We recognise that our team are the true heroes of N Family Club. They live and breathe our values every day and we are so proud of the work they do and how they support each other to be the very they can be. Building a brand which authentically represents those heroes is a crucial step in our journey. Built by our team, for our team – it helps us to tell our story to each other, and to the world. This week, we’ll be sharing some of the new words, ideas, colours and images that encapsulate what it’s like to be part of the N Family. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Having taken our children on countless forest school adventures, it's only right that our team should enjoy one of their own. Over the weekend, N West Hampstead and N Highgate headed to a 50-acre forest for pizza and paintball and they had a blast. What a dream team!

A huge welcome to Carole Edmond who joins our board as a Non-Executive Director. Carole led Bupa's entry into the childcare market in the late 90s and then took on the role of UK Managing Director of Bright Horizons when it later acquired Bupa's nursery operations. Under her leadership, Bright Horizons became the first early years' group to achieve the RoSPA gold accreditation and became a sector leader in team happiness – reaching number 7 on The Times Great Places to work list. Carole is currently the Founder and CEO of the Glassmoon group, whose services include strategic consultancy for management teams looking to build sustainable and high-performing organisations. Welcome Carole - we're looking forward to working with you!
N Ockham is a wonderful space for our children, located on a large farm with huge gardens. Here's a peek at some of the work that went into redesigning it following last year's acquisition to create a nursery fully equipped to support every element of our early years' curriculum.
Meet Alastair, one of our Room Managers at N Family Club Brixton, with a real passion for educating and inspiring the next generation. Here he shares what he loves most about his role in early years. ⭐ My passion for working with children and families stems from a variety of inspirations. I'm very focused on encouraging children’s independence and supporting the development of their emotional regulation. ⭐ The best part of my week at N would be any day we do our N extra cookery sessions. The children have become so good at independently following my recipes, so it's great to see what they create. ⭐ I’ve been a part of N since November 2021, and my biggest highlight would be becoming a Room Manager. It’s allowed me to express my creativity alongside the children. ⭐ N Family Club is a nursery that’s changing the game and will take your passion for working with children and families to new levels.

Opening Spring 2023 in Buckinghamshire, N Aylesbury is just a short walk from the train station, and will feature large playrooms, a parents' area, team room and garden complete with mud kitchen, sandpit and water play area.
