Her substantial career has spanned nursery-based roles, assessing, training and talent consulting, and we're thrilled to have her bring such invaluable experience to our team. Welcome to N, Louisa!
Happy 1st birthday to #NBalham. And what a wonderful year it has been. Here, Nursery Manager Nazmin shares her favourite memories since opening. ⭐ My first impression of N when I joined was wow, everyone is so welcoming and everyone's views are taken on board. Also, the facilities in each and every nursery were amazing. ⭐ My 3 favourite memories of Balham nursery have definitely been: - all the parent's events we have organised. I definitely enjoyed being a unicorn. - Building positive relationships with the team at the inset days and team-building events. Games night with the team was a great laugh and definitely brought us together as a team - Setting up this beautiful nursery from an empty building to an amazing space for the children where they can have fun, grow and develop. ⭐ Working for N Family Club has definitely been one of the greatest decisions I have made. It has been refreshing having such a supportive senior team. It's such a great place to work.
Recently our West Midland nurseries celebrated one whole year since joining our N Family 🎉 . Here we spoke to Lisa, Manager at N Family Club Codsall about her highlights from the past year. ⭐️When I first googled 'N' to find out what I was to expect I was excited to see what was in store. It looked too good to be true. Now I am immensely proud of my team for the epic year we've had here at N Codsall. Creating an amazing culture and surrounding ourselves with the N values and vibes, it makes for a very special place to work. ⭐️I have been lucky to attend the managers' conferences and training this past year, one of which looked at my leading strengths and taught me how to maximize these in my daily tasks. It also enabled me to look at my senior team's strengths and weaknesses and apply these to our advantage, really giving the best possible service to our families. ⭐️For the year ahead, I'm looking forward to our calendar of parent events, as I really enjoy spending time with them on a more social level, to chat and get to know them better."
