Meet Lavinia, an N educator at our nursery in Stoke Newington. Here she shares what she loves most about her role including very chatty mealtimes. Every day is full of wonders, new discoveries and achievements. Children teach us how to be amazed by the little things and fall in love with the simplicity of life. ⭐ The greatest highlight for me after more than a year of being at N is the powerful bond I have created with my team. A love and respect that goes beyond the working hours and has allowed the children to have the best outcome even in the most challenging times. ⭐ I love N's modern and progressive approach to early years education. Seeing so many of our team nominated was fantastic. I'm so proud of them and what we have achieved in a year. Most of our children are already a year older than they were when we first met them. Playing a crucial role in their everyday growth and development is always something to look forward to."
