📚 Happy World Book Day. We've had a wonderful time at our nurseries and our teams have gone all out to celebrate with our families and children. They've hosted parent readings, run book stalls and of course, brought their favourite characters to life in full costume. What a day. It's been over 100 days since N Family Club Tunbridge Wells opened, so we asked Deputy Manager Jordan to share her experience of life at N. "I knew N was the place for me after visiting the website and reading all about the theorists they take inspiration from and what motivates them to provide outstanding care. "I love the positive attitude, wellbeing weeks for the team and kindness you find all over the company. After my initial interview with the lovely Lauren in our recruitment team, I felt so welcomed, overjoyed and excited by the whole experience. "The mornings are my favourite time. Watching all the children bounding into the setting with big smiles puts a smile on my face too. Such a great way to start the day! Hot on the heels of our Hackney Downs launch, we're pleased to share plans for our new nursery in Dollis Hill. Our purpose-built modern space, located on Dudden Hill Lane, is just a 10-minute walk away from Dollis Hill station and features large open playrooms, a dedicated art studio and a state-of-the-art mini kitchen. N Wellbeing Week continues, and in one of our seminars, our team discovered a few ways to bring more gratitude into our daily lives. An easy way to get started is, at the end of the day, making a list of five things you're thankful for and one thing you're looking forward to. Wellbeing Week is back at N, and after the recent storm, we couldn't imagine a better way to start the week. This year we've planned not just one but three Wellbeing Weeks to help our teams focus on their health and happiness. For this week, they'll take their pick from a series of sessions including guided meditations, yoga, reflexology, nutrition and sleep workshops and seminars run by BACP accredited counsellors on everything from resilience to supporting the mental health of your team. Hackney Downs, here we come. We're opening a brand new nursery in a beautiful listed building on Rectory Road.
