In the world of observability, there’s a simple truth: you can’t improve what you don’t see. Throughout February, we’ve taken the time to bring both the history of tech and the voices of our community into full view. Between competitive trivia, scavenger hunts, book club chats, and volunteering, we’ve spent this month celebrating as a community. These moments were a great reminder of how much our daily work is rooted in the breakthroughs of Black innovators. From the basic ways our teams connect to the systems that help us grow, their contributions are a vital part of the foundation we build upon every day. While the month is drawing to a close, we want to acknowledge the legacy of those who came before us and celebrate the Relics who are writing the next chapter of that story today.
As we celebrated Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day recently, we were reminded of the principles he shared to advocate for a more equal and just society. One of Dr. King’s ultimate goals was to create what he called the Beloved Community. This was a vision where all people are respected, cared for, and treated with dignity. At New Relic, we are inspired by these principles as we work to build a culture of mutual respect and opportunity. While we are always learning and growing, we strive to create a workplace where every person feels empowered to contribute their unique talents to our shared success.
At New Relic Advance 2026, we are announcing the evolution of Intelligent Observability. We believe that to thrive in the AI era, observability must evolve into a proactive, intelligent partner that interprets outcomes, highlights what matters and takes action on our behalf.
