Phase Eight's Festive Bash: Where style met smiles in a rooftop celebration✨ We recently hosted our dazzling festive party at the breath-taking Trafalgar St James, which provided the perfect backdrop for the night with its stunning city views. From the delicious canapés to the variety of flowing drinks, it was an evening of fun, laughter and a true sense of togetherness. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event an unforgettable one. Here's to the incredible teams at Phase Eight who are behind the successes of the year gone by and the exciting prospects awaiting us in the new year. This World Human Rights Day, we wanted to share some of the great work our CSR team have been doing here at Phase Eight. Having recently released our 2023 Modern Slavery statement which you can find below, Francesca Mangano and Alex Barnett have also just delivered TFG Brands London's first Sustainability Week. Our colleagues were able to attend a host of events designed to shine a spotlight on what we can do as a business to constantly evolve our corporate social responsibility. Some of the talks included responsible purchasing practices, tackling modern slavery, packaging solutions and protecting the worlds forests. We heard from people across our business on some of our key achievements to date and also from our suppliers who gave us a more in depth insight into what is going on in the world around us. As well as that, our colleagues have access to a library and YouTube playlist, thoughtfully curated to keep the thoughts and conversations going. And a special mention to our Chef, Andrew, for cooking up a sustainable storm in the kitchen all week! Our first Sustainability Week was a huge success and we cannot wait for the next one! Collections that sparkle, people that shine! 🌟 We recently spent the day with our in-store and central teams colleagues at our 2023 Phase Eight Brand Day. A day full of sequins and success, we celebrated our show stopping AW23 collection and our top performers for KPIs and living our values. As ever, it was great to give our teams time to catch up with each other ahead of a busy peak season. Pause…for a coffee with a cause! ☕ This morning at Phase Eight we took part in the UK's biggest coffee morning with Macmillan Cancer Support. We were honoured to share our delicious sweet treats with MJ, the charity's Relationship Fundraising Manager, who told us more about her role and the difference all the donations make to those living with Cancer. Thank you to everyone at Phase Eight who participated and contributed to this fantastic cause - together, we are making a positive impact, one cup of coffee at a time!
Fashion fact Friday…did you know that paisley print has Kashmiri origins? This was one of the interesting facts our Phase Eight team heard during our Inspiring Speaker series to mark South Asian Heritage Month. Our speaker was Jasvir Singh CBE, Co-Founder of SAHM, where he shared some interesting insights relating to South Asian history as well as telling us more about himself. This year's theme was Stories to Tell and we heard from Saema in our Finance team and her story, about her family's journey to the UK and how she encourages her culture through her children. Events such as South Asian Heritage Month aim to celebrate, commemorate and contribute to promoting #diversity, #inclusion, and understanding among different communities. The team loved to see the many ways our eventwear had been styled by our fabulous customers. Our colleagues returned buzzing with creativity, thinking about the exciting upcoming collections. Milton Keynes Makeover! 🎀 Continuing our commitment to bigger and better stores, we are excited to share that our Phase Eight Milton Keynes branch has relocated to Silbury Arcade in centre:mk. In this new spacious store, our customers will have all the room they need to shop their favourite collections in a modern yet calming environment. Our fabulous team are on hand and ready to assist with all those wardrobe wants and needs - no matter the event! Thank you to all who were involved in this project for their hard work and commitment and we wish Dana and the Team the best for the future in their new and improved space.
Hello Leeds! ✨ We have just opened our brand new Phase Eight store in Victoria Leeds and don't you agree it looks amazing? The strikingly vibrant collections are perfectly showcased by the sleek and contemporary design of the store. We loved seeing so many of our customers on opening day and want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who was involved in this project for all their hard work, effort and commitment.
Summer is here! 🍓 We recently hosted a summery Payday Social for our Phase Eight and TFG Brands London teams. A huge charcuterie board was prepared with a selection of drinks to accompany it, ranging from refreshing soft drinks and fruit juices to Aperol Spritz and Prosecco. Our colleagues even got to soak up the evening sun in St George's park just outside the office. We hope that everyone who attended enjoyed themselves and we look forward to seeing you next month for more socialising and yummy treats.
