Abbie Parsons is converting her part time position into a fully fledged member of the CX team. Abbie began her time with us in March this year stepping into the CX team while studying a Sports Nutrition & Health Degree at John Moore’s University. Abbie took on the role assisting our customer base with any nutritional queries before or after ordering. During the last 3 months Abbie has smashed through tickets and queries as have the entire CX team. With this in mind I’m pleased to confirm Abbie’s appointment as a full time Customer Experience Executive from June 1st
Jodie has worked tirelessly within our CX function for the last 18 months juggling a part time role within the business alongside studying full time at college. During some of our busiest periods over the last 12 months Jodie has stepped up to clear through tickets and dedicate herself to the needs of our customers Now Jodie has completed her exams gaining a merit in Business Management Studies and a distinction in Health & Social Care from college, Jodie will be moving into a full time position as a Customer Experience Executive from June 1st This is a reward for Jodie’s passion to the cause working passionately and dedicated day in day out. Lewis joined us in October 2020 working as part of the CX team, passionately driving awareness of abnormal. to our legion of customers as well as throwing in additional firepower to the wider CX team, assisting with all PW enquiries. Just 12 months ago Lewis took on the challenge of joining our growing trade team and learning a whole new skillset and area of the business. In this time, he has built a growing pipeline of new and existing customer accounts from not just in the UK, but around the world. Lewis has proved to be a fast learner, dedicated himself to immersing himself in developing his experience and skills in this exciting area. We are pleased to announce that Douglas Thompson has been promoted to the position of Senior Supply Chain Planner at Protein Works. Doug started with PW back in Jan 2022, and has been instrumental in developing our fulfilment planning function. Over the last year, through Doug’s continuous graft, we have continuously improved our lead time for dispatching and fulfilling orders from our Pembroke Warehouse, this has also coincided with the successful launch of our first 3PL operations in Germany while we restarted supplying deliveries to Amazon EU.
