They do say ‘Every day is a school day’ and nowhere does that ring more true than at Protein Works. I’ve been here for nearly 3 years now and I still learn something new every single day which has done wonders for my personal growth and development. I joined the company as a Customer Service Executive but the fast-paced nature of the business has meant that I was able to make the move into the marketing department where my role is now the Social Content & Community Manager. It’s so fun and exciting to work for a company that believes in their staff, where you are held accountable for your work and you know you have the opportunity to progress. That being said, a big part of this excitement and personal development comes from being surrounded by an extremely talented team of like-minded people. Whether its being in a meeting, brief conversations while making a morning coffee or even eavesdropping others having a chat, I take little learnings from everyone which means I come in stronger every single day.
