We were delighted to welcome Lieutenant Colonel James de St John-Pryce Commanding Officer of the Armoured Trials and Development Unit (ATDU), to our Hurn Proving Ground. The ATDU conducts mounted close combat experimentation and trials on vehicle systems, lethality, survivability and communications. This is designed to improve the Army's current capabilities and optimise how they will be used in future operation. Our acoustic scientists and individuals from our Vehicle Assessment & Integration Team are providing support to an ongoing fleet headset trial, where ATDU are also assisting.
